Affiliate Terms

Referral programme

Affiliates receive a unique referral link or code. Referral tracking is intended to identify customers introduced to First Aid One by an approved affiliate.

Commission

Unless different terms are agreed with an affiliate, the current standard commission is £10.00 per confirmed qualifying booking. Commission is not payable for cancelled, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid bookings.

Customer discount

Where enabled, an affiliate referral may apply a customer discount of £10.00 to a booking. The discount shown at the time of booking is the applicable amount.

Tracking

Referral attribution may be stored in the visitor's browser for up to 30 days. Clearing browser data, using another device or following another affiliate link may affect attribution.

Promotion

Affiliates must not make misleading claims about First Aid One, course certification, availability, prices or qualifications. Paid advertising using the First Aid One name or branding requires prior written consent.

Payment

Commission is recorded after a qualifying booking is confirmed. Payment timing and method may be agreed with the affiliate. First Aid One may withhold disputed or invalid commission while the underlying booking is investigated.

Suspension or closure

First Aid One may suspend or close an affiliate account where these terms are breached or where referral activity appears abusive or misleading.

These terms should be reviewed before the affiliate programme is opened publicly.
