Privacy Notice

First Aid One uses personal information submitted through this website to respond to enquiries, administer course bookings, manage waiting lists and review learner feedback.

Booking and enquiry records may include your name, contact details, course details and information you choose to provide. Feedback email addresses are not displayed publicly.

If you apply to the affiliate programme, we may store your contact details, business information, referral code, click totals, referred bookings, commission records and portal access details for administering the programme.

When a visitor follows an affiliate referral link, a referral code may be stored in the visitor's browser so that a later booking can be attributed to the referring affiliate. Affiliate reporting does not need to disclose customer contact details to the affiliate.

Published reviews are moderated before display. You can contact us at gc@gacook.com about your information.

This notice should be expanded before launch to reflect the final data-retention periods, payment provider, email provider and any third-party services used.
